Many of our products are services. When you purchase one of our services from our online store, it does not reserve a date and/or time for the service. You will still be required to contact us either by phone (828.925.0057) or by filling out one of our forms (see below). We have found it much easier to reserve a date/time using this method rather than forcing you to select a particular day when you purchase the product.
Depending on the product you purchase, you may also need to fill out a registration form (these are typically for special events) and/or a disclaimer/liability waiver. Everything you need is just a click away.
